ITS A VERY GOOD STORY AND TEACHES CHILDREN ABOUT ROAD RULES
its so boring
Sure it is about rules and regulations, but you really understand this kind of themes? Some people don't care about their lifes or the others', so it's very important to follow the rules "of the road". If you're big enough, you'll understand easily, and if don't, I'm sure you will follow this regulations as a tip for your drivers.
