Things you can do to be healthy are eating vegetables, eating fruits, and eating nuts. You must eat pulses to get vitamin B6, oranges, lemons, and tomatoes to get vitamin C, greens for vitamin B2, vegetables to get B vitamins. Wash your hands before eating breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Other things that can we do to be healthy are eat vegetables a lot,eat fruit that has vitamins C,drink a lot of water and eat a lot of balance food.That's all I think.Thats will be healthy food too !
