Ella: Do you want to make a smoothie with me, Joe?
Joe: Mmm, yes, please!
Ella: OK, so first we need some fruit. What fruit have we got?
Joe: Let’s see … we’ve got some bananas, some strawberries, some apples and a mango.
Ella: Let’s use one banana, ten strawberries and the mango.
Joe: Seven, eight, nine, ten strawberries. Do we need to cut the fruit?
Ella: Yes, let’s cut it into small pieces.
Joe: What else do we need, Ella?
Ella: We need some milk and some yoghurt.
Joe: OK, I’ll get them from the fridge.
Ella: The fruit’s ready. Let’s put everything in the blender with the milk and yoghurt.
Joe: Is that all?
Ella: No! We need two spoons of honey.
Joe: OK … two spoons of honey. One … two.
Ella: Here goes ... Now it’s ready!
Joe: Can I put it in the glasses?
Ella: Yes, go on then.
Joe: There we are! Two lovely fruit smoothies.
Ella: Mm ... mmm. Yummy.
