Hello,

How do I add more than one student to my account? I keep on getting a weird message that the ages aren't correct.

Hi rachdool,

We're sorry that you have been having trouble adding more than one student to your account. We've just tried it out and it is working for us.
Please could you check that the dates you are adding, are for children between 4 and 13 years old and that they also have different profile names.

If you are still having problems, please contact us here.

Best wishes,
Tina
