Learn English for Pakistan

I went through website and found that there are 70 country who can enjoy the benefits of Learn English but You have not extended specifically this offer to Pakistan .Can I ask why. Why Pakistan can not enter in this compaign this is so heratning for all of us specially mother when we reach with the expectation that you might have some offer for us but unfortunately we are not right there. Can I ask Why?
