A cartoon is a funny film with characters, not real people.

When you tickle someone you touch them with your fingers and make them laugh.
"Stop tickling me!"

When you're cheeky you're a little bit rude, but in a funny way.
"Don't do that to the teacher! You'll get in trouble!"

To chill means to relax.
"What are you doing?"
"I'm just chilling."
